What is The Illness policy?
If your child is displaying any signs of active sickness such as fever, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, or runny nose please do not attend Art Play.
In the event of sickness, your paid class can be rescheduled to a future date. Please reschedule no less than 24 hours before the start of class.
Art Play reserves the right to restrict any adult or child displaying any signs of active sickness from participating in the program without the opportunity to reschedule.
Do you offer Cancellations & Refunds?
Refunds to registrations are only given if the program has been cancelled by Art Play due to extreme weather or hazardous air quality conditions.
Cancellations to our programs hosted outdoors may be made in the case of high wind, flood danger, or unhealthy smoke.
We are not able to accommodate cancellations or refunds for programs missed by participants; whether on purpose, accident, or due to sudden illness.
Can I Reschedule my session?
In the event of sickness or schedule conflict, you may reschedule your registration for the program to a future date at no additional cost, provided that you reschedule no less than 24 hours before the start of the program.
We are not able to reschedule a program missed in the past.
What is the Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a refund.
If there is a waitlist for the program and the spot can be filled, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Art Play LLC. No changes can be made once a session has started.
Missed days are not eligible for make-up or refunds; whether on purpose, accident, or due to sudden illness.
WHAT ABOUT Party Policies?
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your party is required to reserve your party date and time. Remaining payment to be made by cash or check on the date of party. We do not accept cancellations of parties, no refund of the deposit will be given.
Parties may be rescheduled due to illness or extreme weather no less than 48 hours before the start of party. Rescheduled party must be within 90 days of original party date.
